The female anatomical reference figure is the second model to grace artists' desks and workspaces around the world, giving everyone a chance to develop their anatomy skills without paying a hefty price tag.

Whether you're a traditional or digital artist, work in 2D or 3D, or simply like to fill your desk with nice things, the female anatomical figure will be an invaluable addition to your world. The statue is cast in gray resin to make the variation in the surfaces and directional flow of the muscles easy to see and understand. One half of the model shows full skin, while the other is a clear and detailed dissection revealing muscle structure.

Sculpted by Dan Crossland for 3dtotal, the female figure is produced to the same standards as the original male statue, and also to scale. We calculated that our female would be around 5% shorter than our male in the real world, making her 265mm tall, minus the base (our male is 297mm, minus the base). Cast in the same neutral grey resin, together the models will make fantastic desktop companions!

Great Figure!

(I bought the male and female together)

Love this figure, the details are clear and is a great size! Appreciate the little info card that comes with them. Package was great and customer service was quick to respond when I had a question!

They do look a little more green than grey, as another review stated, a (muted) pistachio green, but for me it's not a complaint as I find the colour quite nice! But reading through others reviews makes me concerned about the longevity of them, but we will see in time! For now it's a very happy 5/5!

Quality control issues

The model itself seems pretty high quality but the one model I received has something wrong with either the feet or the legs, causing one leg to be shorter than the other. So when I try to put the model into the stand, one peg cannot fully go in and the model leans heavily when on the stand. This is frustrating to say the least since the purpose of getting a specifically proportioned model for studying is destoryed by the model not even standing up straight. I suspect this is a quality control issue.

amazing but a small problem

These Anatomy models blew me away with how Accurate and down to a T they are. However, The stands that were given for both my Male and female seem to not fit with the model My Male anatomy model just barely managed to get on there but for my Female, I can't get her to fit on her stand at all. On Top of that, her arm fell off that was connected to the Deltoid I Didn't even touch her arm it just dropped off like it was a lego piece. I paid good money for both the Male And Female and I feel like I got a Half Baked Female Model. And please get these stands correct for the Models I shouldn't have to struggle to get them on there it should be as easy as 123. I would love to get a new Female Model but ill see what I can do. Other than that the details on these are Spot on and Would Recommend it. Just Have Fingers Crossed you don't get a Broken Female model like how I did

The models are designed so that the legs can go into the stand without the need for glue (by prising the legs - it won't cause any damage). For any other issues we are here and happy to resolve. -3dtotal

Customer Service is Second to None

I thought over buying this figure for a month. I finally ordered it and greatly anticipated its arrival as I am a professional artist. Devastatingly, My original figure arrived broken. It seemed to have been a manufacturer's defect as the missing piece was not located in the box. I contacted the customer service and almost immediately received an email back. I was able to easily replace my figure and customer service went above and beyond for me. I have never received such outstanding customer service in my life. Thank you so much to the 3DTotal team.
