The first in a collection of affordable anatomy figures for artists of all genres has arrived.

The figure has been sculpted for 3dtotal by Federico Scarbini and Dan Crossland, printed using a top quality 3D printer by Ownage, and then cast in grey resin to make the variation in the surfaces and directional flow of the muscles easy to see and understand. One half of the model shows full skin, while the other is a clear and detailed dissection revealing muscle structure.

3dtotal launched this figure as a Kickstarter project in March 2013, which finished with an incredible 346 backers and £24,662 pledged of the initial £1,500 goal. Since then we have expanded our range to include a number of other male and female reference figures, all now available in the 3dtotal shop.

Great Figure!

(I bought the male and female together)

Love this figure, the details are clear and is a great size! Appreciate the little info card that comes with them. Package was great and customer service was quick to respond when I had a question!

They do look a little more green than grey, as another review stated, a (muted) pistachio green, but for me it's not a complaint as I find the colour quite nice! But reading through others reviews makes me concerned about the longevity of them, but we will see in time! For now it's a very happy 5/5!

Figures had some cosmetic damages.

Bad quality control

Details are amazing and the original model is great but the quality control is extremely bad.

- Very visible white seam on model arms just below the deltoid not clearly visible in above pictures/video(fine with me, I don't really mind)
- Arm was slightly loose at the seam
- Random white dots on arms and shoulder(probably glue)
- Random filed off spots, seems like damage and removed some details from the
- Arrived covered in a small layer of dust
- Slight yellowing/darker color variation on some parts
- Model seems more greenish gray(Pistachio) than neutral grey(downer but again, fine with me)
- small scratches on the base

Excellent figure

Superb quality! I'd absolutely recommend it to artists who are serious about studying human anatomy. My only remark is that the package wasn't secured good enough. I guess I was really lucky that my figure arrived completely intact.

Thank you to everyone who has fed back on the packaging. We have added extra protection and wrapping to help prevent damage.

Good. But not for the long term.

I bought this amazing looking anatomical figure a few years ago. Was really happy with the product. Sadly it does not look grey anymore but completely green/yellowish. The material became brittle and the thumb already broke off.

Overall amazing product but I'm really disseapointed that the material doesn't hold very long. I keep it in a dark corner in my room so it hasn't had much uv exposure. Not sure why it turned out so ugly and brittle.. :(

I also bought 2 planar heads from 3D total and they also both started to turn greenish. What can I do to keep them from turning green and brittle?? Please help!
