The tutorial begins by creating and applying materials for the various parts of the car, such as glass, chrome and tires, as well as texturing some simple geometry that will make up a scene. It then moves onto lighting where the focus will be on setting up a lighting rig and the various parameters connected to this. Finally the series culminates with a section on rendering, where the aim will be to finish with a polished image.

CONTENTS
Chapter 1 - Applying materials and shaders - Part 1
In this first part of tutorial we cover how to create and assign the procedural materials to our model.
Chapter 2 - Applying materials and shaders - Part 2
In this chapter we complete the work on the materials and shaders by defining the main aspects of every material of the vehicle.
Chapter 3 - Lighting setup and rig (with HDRi) - Part 1
This chapter covers how to set up a simple three-point light rig.
Chapter 4 - Lighting setup and rig (with HDRi) - Part 2
In this chapter we discuss how to light a scene using GI and photons emitted from lights. A different approach to lighting, using image-based lighting, is also considered.
Chapter 5 - Rendering - Part 1
This chapter deals focuses on some common rendering techniques, including Ambient Occlusion and DOF (depth of field).
Chapter 6 - Rendering - Part 2
The final chapter in this series covers rendering optimization and a little bit of post-production work in Photoshop.
