Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to cancel the contract and request a return. This applies to all returns.


Damages and issues

In the event that you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for a full refund or to exchange it for a replacement product.

If you choose a refund then the money, including standard delivery costs, will be returned to you within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We can provide a pre-paid returns label for any returns sent within the UK. For the rest of the world, you must cover any cost at point of return and we will include this cost in the refund.

If you choose to receive a replacement then 3dtotal will cover reshipping costs for the same class of delivery as paid for in the original order and the item will be dispatched to you within 14 days. If you choose to upgrade to tracked shipping, then you must pay the extra cost incurred.

Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.


Unwanted item

To be eligible for a full refund, including standard delivery costs, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

We will refund you once we have received and processed the item.

We will only refund return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or the item is damaged/ faulty.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

To start any return, you can contact us at support@3dtotal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Error in address

3dtotal is not liable for any incorrect address information provided by the customer that results in an order not being delivered. Postage will be requested to be paid again in order to resend the order, or a refund on items (not including the original shipping) may be requested.

Reshipping costs will be charged to resend CDQ subscriptions issues (up to a maximum of 4 issues) in the event that we were not informed of any change in delivery address, via email at subscriptions@3dtotal.com or by update of the delivery address in your customer account, before the 15th of each release month (March, June, September and December). To change the address of gift subscriptions, please contact subscriptions@3dtotal.com.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or 

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Downloadable items

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty download link then please contact support@3dtotal.com and you will be provided with a new download link, free of charge.

If for any other reason, you are unhappy with your downloadable purchase then please contact support@3dtotal.com with full details about your purchase and the reasons for your refund request.


Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions will renew automatically every 12 months. You will be notified 30 days before a renewal charge is made, so that you can cancel or make any address changes as necessary. You also have 14 days once payment is taken, and before the first issue is sent out, to cancel any subscription and receive a refund. If you are not sure you want to take out a year's subcription and receive 4 issues of this magazine, consider taking a pay quarterly subscription, which will allow you to cancel before each issue is sent. No refunds are given on an annual subscription, outside of your rights to a refund within 14 days of receipt of the first issue of the subscription.

Quarterly subscriptions will renew automatically every 3 months. You will be notified 3 days before a renewal charge is made, so that you can cancel or make any address changes as necessary. You also have 14 days once payment is taken, and before the first issue is sent out, to cancel any subscription and receive a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
