No refunds are given on a gift subscription, outside of your rights to a refund within 14 days of receipt of the first issue of the subscription.

If you wish to stop your CDQ subscription from automatically renewing when it is due, you can do so from the Manage Subscriptions link on your Account page. If you are unable to access this for any reason, please get in touch with customer support.

Note that if you cancel the renewal of your subscription then any unsent but pre-paid issues will still be shipped to you on schedule.

We charge a flat-rate for CDQ subscription shipping as in the below table.
