Shipping policy (updated 29 July 2024)
We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within 30 days of your order, with the exception of orders containing an item on pre-order or back-order. Any orders containing an item on pre-order or back-order will be dispatched once all items are in stock, but within 30 days of the last item to come into stock.
For Character Design Quarterly subscriptions, nothing is shipped at time of order; shipping will commence with the next issue released, the details of which are displayed on the shop product page and your order confirmation email.
UK Delivery
UK deliveries are carried out by DPD.
Free delivery over £50 (see terms and conditions below)
Paid-for delivery under £50 (cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your payment is processed).
Estimated timelines for delivery are 3-5 working days.
Free shipping within the UK on orders over £50 - Terms and Conditions
From 20 July 2022, 3dtotal Publishing is offering free shipping on orders over £50 for delivery to addresses within the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). Qualifying products include anything from store.3dtotal.com: books, subscriptions, magazines, Anatomy Figures and chargeable downloadables.
However please note that, due to subscriptions involving multiple shipments and being fulfilled from a different location, the £5 shipping cost for UK CDQ subscriptions will still apply.
Orders must be for delivery within the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). Orders made within the UK for delivery outside the UK will not qualify for free shipping.
The order total must meet or exceed £50 after any other qualifying offers have been applied. Orders containing an item on pre-order or back-order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet the criteria for free shipping, but in these circumstances will contact you (the customer) to explain why the order does not qualify for free shipping and provide full shipping costs. It will be your choice whether you want to pay the required shipping charges or cancel the order.
If you use a VPN to access our website, the offer is unlikely to trigger and you will be asked to pay shipping at checkout. In this instance, please email support@3dtotal.com and we will refund your shipping costs.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
International Delivery
We continue to experience delays with deliveries to many countries as a result of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union, plus global shipping delays as a result of activities beyond our control. We continuously look to offer the most reliable service, while providing good shipping rates internationally.
You are able to choose the service you feel best meets your needs from the selection available to you at checkout. Please note that choosing an Untracked service will mean that you are not able to find out where your parcel is en route and is the least secure service, particularly into some countries.
Any orders selected to send by DPD are fully secure, and we can track and trace the shipment for you. Orders sent via this method may require a signature upon receipt. Courier delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.
International delivery costs are entirely dependent on weight of order and destination. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your payment is processed.
Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country's government. Orders over €150 to Europe will be subject to customs fees.
If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
With regret, our delivery partner has suspended orders for delivery to Bahrain, Israel, Kuwiat, Oman, Russia, Ukraine, and Qatar. Your understanding toward this decision is appreciated, as we strive to ensure your order is not only delivered, but delivered safely.
As a result of frequent incidences of rejection, we are regrettably unable to ship to correctional facilities in the UK or internationally.
