Good but not perfect

The general idea and concept of this book is amazing! I love that you get 4 different versions for each foto. But I think that there are too much different poses inside the book. Because the result is, that you mostly see only the male version or only one foto for the female version. I would have preferred each motion for male and female with the same angle. Than both version with varied body and age types.

Still a good book but it comes short. Hope that there will be a new volume where the genders are equaly represented for each pose or motion so you get a referance for different characters and genders you want to draw.

Thanks for your feedback Julia! We have taken it onboard.

Only a view pages of explanations but a lot of good references.
Works great to get into how the muscles work when in movement.
