I find their content to be spot on and relevant to art today, as a multi layered medium that ties together hands on craftsmanship with the complexity of high level digital artistry. The books are rich in the “know how” and give a pallet of styles from a collection of professional artists.

I was surprised by the level of detail around their products, many books included a complimentary high quality print of the artist work, and some books were autographed by the artist themselves. What a treat!

Condensed and learning tutorials to reinforce your knowledge

This book includes themes: light, color, perspective, composition, anatomy and narrative. Everything you need to develop an illustration. I see it highly recommended. The tutorials it contains allow you to exercise with digital painting, according to the techniques of different artists.
it is a condensed form with large images of the jobs that can be achieved. Although it may seem elementary, if you do the exercises you get consistency in the way you work and the knowledge of the steps to follow in a digital painting is reinforced.

Great resource for helping you improve

As a new artist still learning, I really enjoyed the tips and approaches used in this book to self evaluate and self critique my work. Things I thought I was doing or at least thought I was doing right, I was able to look at with a different perspective using this book. It has been a great help and encouragement to me!
