absolutely LOVE it

This book has been an investment into my own creativity as it gives great insight on the process of creating but also about motivation. The art in this book is absolutely beautiful to look at, you also get to see older drawings and a vulnerable side of Lord Gris, which made me appreciate this book even more.

Glorious artistry, style and personality

This book has been a huge support to me as an illustrator and a designer. It has everything you could want in an artbook, with complex process explained so clearly. Lorp speaks extensively and vulnerably about the heavier aspects like mental health for artists, about practical things such as paint and digital process but also understanding how your style grows and how to accept mistakes as the steps you must build on in order to grow. Plus it's just a gorgeous book. A beautiful slipcase, an ornate custom art box cover and high end hardcover printing. You will not regret this purchase, I know i don't.

A book with a lot of nonsense and less content
