An Interview with Janice Sung

Janice Sung

Janice Sung is a Canadian artist and painter. Drawing inspiration from Neoclassical, Baroque, and traditional Chinese and Japanese art, Janice blends human figures with natural elements to create ethereal and timeless pieces.

3dtotal interviewer Neddy had a fascinating conversation with Janice Sung about her journey to becoming an independent artist and no longer having to create someone else’s vision, advice on goal setting, plus being inspired by the late, great masters and getting to contribute to our Hokusai: An Artists’ Tribute book through her re-interpretation of Hokusai’s Myna Birds and Trees.
