Beatrice is a Montreal-based art director and author/illustrator working both in publishing and the animation industry. She loves to travel and explore the natural world. Author of “Once Upon a Dragon’s fire”; "Once Upon a Mermaid's tail"; and the critically acclaimed “Once Upon a Unicorn Horn”, she has worked with companies such as Dreamworks TV, Apple TV+, Hasbro, Procreate, Harper Collins, Nickelodeon, Square-Enix and Penguin R.H. among many others and is the founder of the popular "Childhood Week '' challenge on social media.

I love everything about this book, even the smell. The author is so creative and her illustrations are exquisite! Thanks for publishing this gem!
The book is gorgeous, with wonderful pieces of art and some very poetic writing. Definitely recommend, and the glow in the dark shape kn the cover is a lovely touch !
I loved the finish of the book, I really like the titles they have available, I want to have them all
I felt very identified with her position as an artist.
I liked that she emphasised the creative potential of everything in everyday life and how it is crossed by one's own experience.
She introduced me to the concepts of moodboard, mood timelines and color development, which interested me a lot so I will look into them.
Lastly, a little off topic, but I liked some of her inspirational quotes about life.
