A really huge book with great content, in Blender!

When I realised 3DTotal was launching a book about Blender I had no doubt to get it. It's not a simple book with few examples, there are a lot of them, good work by the best artists -well known as professionals in Blender's community- using this awesome software.
I've been self taught for several years now and I've always felt I'm loosing some details of the entire proccess behind. I needed a book like this, it's been my guide this last years. As good for beginners as advanced users.
Just grab it! It's a must have in your bookshelf.
Finally, yhanks to 3DTotal for bring i us and I hope it could be an introduction for more advanced Blender's publications too.

A really huge book with great content, in Blender!

When I realised 3DTotal was launching a Book about Blender I was intended to get it. It's not a simple book with a few examples, there is a lot of good work by the best artists, well known in Blender's community, using professionally this great piece of software.
I've been a self-taught artist for several years and I've always felt I'm losing some details of the entire process of creating good characters. I needed a book like this, it's been my reference to read again and again this last year. As good for beginners or more advanced users.
Just grab it, it's a must have in your bookshelf.
Finally, thanks to 3DTotal for bring it us and I hope it could be an introduction for more advanced Blender's publications in the future.

Very Good and Excellent Practice Projects

I was very pleased with the book, I have been using blender for the last 3 years and I have self-taught myself with books, videos and courses, but there's always many things to learn and to know how to do, so it's kinda hard, but this books is great to learn many processes by doing the projects from scratch yourself, the only thing that I think it lacks or maybe it would have been cool to add was baking process of maps and add more detailed information in the material process making (in particular in chapter 3) and/or more detailed videos in the extra downloadable content, sometimes you get lost, but overall, it is a great book to beginners and people who already know some Blender, looking for some more advance books on Blender from 3Dtotal.

As a blender user myself, for more than 10 years, I've been allways interested in character creation, and I found this book the perfect companion for both blender users and character designers.Highly recommended!
